- Use 2 tbsp onion finely chopped
- Provide 1 cup boiled noodles
- Get 2 tbsp cornstarch
- Use 2 tsp ginger
- Prepare 2 tsp garlic

- Prepare 2 tbsp carrot finely chopped
- Provide 2 tbsp cabbage finely chopped

Steps to make Manchow Soup:
- Chop all the veggies finely and keep aside.
- In a pan take oil and add ginger and garlic and saute for 2 mins.
- Add all veggies and saute for 1 min.Add all sauces and let it cook for 2 -3 mins.
- Then add water and let it boil.Mix cornflour with little water and make a slurry and add to soup and let it boil.
- Take boiled noodles and put cornflour on it and mix well. Deep fry the noodles till nice golden in colour.
- Serve soup with fried noodles. Garnish with greens of spring onion.
