- Provide White rice
- You need 2 pcs chinese sausage
- Use 4 pcs soaked shitake mushroom
- You need 2 tbsp dried shrimp
- You need Pork belly

- Take Chicken stock soup
- Take 1/2 tsp five spice powder
- Use Soy sauce
- Get Oyster sauce

- Stir fry dried shrimp till aromatic. Add in pork belly, Chinese sausage and mushroom and sitr fry till aromatic. Add in 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp oyster sauce. Add in 1 tbsp soup or Shaoxing wine at this point if tbe wok is dry.
