The ingredients needed to cook Bread Roll:

  1. Use 4 of boiled potatoes.
  2. Get 8-9 of garlic cloves.
  3. Prepare leaves of Few curry.
  4. You need 6-7 of green chillies.
  5. Use of Salt as per taste.
  6. You need 1 tsp of mustard seeds.
  7. Take 1 tsp of haldi powder.
  8. Take 2 tbsp of finely chopped coriander.
  9. Prepare of Bread slices as required.
  10. Take of Oil for frying.

Steps to make Bread Roll:

  1. Boil potatoes and cool it completely..
  2. Mash it in a bowl and keep aside..
  3. Make a coarse paste of garlic and green chillies. In a kadai take 2 tbsp oil and add mustard seeds and as it crackles add garlic and chilli paste and saute for a min. Add haldi powder and mix well and off the gas and pour this mixture over mashed potatoes and mix well..
  4. Add salt to taste, chopped coriander and mix well. Stuffing is ready..
  5. Take a bread slice and soak it in water for a second and remove it and squeeze it nicely..
  6. Keep the potato stuffing at the centre in lengthwise and press and cover it nicely and give it a roll shape..
  7. Similarly make all rolls and keep aside for 15 mins..
  8. Keep oil for frying and when its nicely hot deep fry the rolls till nice golden in colour.Seeve hot with chutney or tomato ketchup…
